This week I introduce you to rising Australian surfer, Ellie Jean Coffey. I have been following her rise up the ranks the last year or so and she is fast making a big name for herself. Outside being a really talented surfer, she is also beautiful, being part of Billabong's Bikini campaigns, and looks like she has a fiery sense of humor!
